IT Infrastructure the Sr Solutions Architect will design and implement information systems that support an enterprise IT infrastructure. The architect provides the necessary technical infrastructure for the development of new infrastructure technologies and system requirements. The architects will investigate the technical requirements of the overall management. The architect will take care of complete detail analysis of infrastructure design and security standards. Responsibilities Evaluate System Requirements, analyze existing systems to ensure that these systems provide the necessary security to meet the needs of the organization. Make certain that overall system performance meets client expectations. Identify the business requirements and incorporate new hardware, operating systems, or connectivity solutions. Alternative Solutions and Improvements, analyzes the system's needs, introduce alternative technologies to improve or enhance client information systems to support organizational goals, document and communicate to enterprise senior management. Review of New Systems, plays an active role in the design and review process of new systems. Develop and document proposed changes that need to be implemented or integrated across the working platforms of the IT department. Integrate New Infrastructure, formulate detailed plans to add new systems to the existing core infrastructure to include logistic plans for conducting physical integration of hardware. Provide technical direction and support. Assess Projects, evaluate new systems that has been integrated into the infrastructure. keep track of the success of the project, identifying best practices for future implementation. Provide feedback to the enterprise and incorporate all gathered information into future integration plans. Qualifications Required Qualifications The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field. At least 10
years of experience working with IT infrastructure practices and data center operations Experience with virtualization technologies particularly VMware, vSphere, and vRealize Automation and Cloud Foundation Experience with Teams, DevOps, Rally, JIRA, Confluence and other productivity tools In-depth knowledge of and proven cloud experience with multi-cloud solutions and hybrid business intelligence stacks surrounding cloud networking Extensive experience with web technologies and building enterprise architecture. Preferred Certifications Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA/CCNP) Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence (EACOE) Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
