Responsibilities:
Test Environment Management Analyse the log and investigate the Critical Blocker issues with respective components Setup the Triage call with respective teams to fix the issue at the earliest Work on root cause analysis once the issue is resolved and identify the action item to avoid that issue in future Communicate to project stakeholder to plan their work accordingly due to the Outages Recommended Skills Root Cause Analysis Triage Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
