As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will plan, develop, execute and measure social media marketing programs to generate qualified leads and drive results. Work closely with the campaign, online marketing, sales and global marketing teams to coordinate and maximize activities. Create innovative ways to reach target audiences through social channels.?Plans and execute social media marketing programs to generate leads
Develops/builds relationships with marketing partners and vendors
Presents new ideas and plans to optimize the business to stakeholders
Manages budgets related to social media
Manages social media plans across the social landscape
Analyses results of efforts to optimize activities
Works closely with campaign and creative teams to develop and implement campaigns
Establishes objectives and track progress toward goals Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have:
Proficiency in English language, verbal and written
Minimum 5 years? relevant experience
Social media marketing experience
Ability to translate objectives into programs that effectively reach the target audience
Agency, vendor management experience
Budget management experience
Advanced computer and marketing tool experience
Degree preferred
Excellent communication and influencer skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships with strong focus on customer needs
Analytical & conceptual thinking
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent work experience, is required.
Technical / professional qualifications:
Accountancy qualification desirable
Key performance indicators:
Drive 3x pipeline across global growth products
Achieve NA unit targets for global growth products
Support closed deal revenue $
Track Sirius Decisions demand waterfall metrics (MQL, SQL, SQOs and revenue impact).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
